Bookings

Greenhills accepts multiple group bookings with each group allocated a defined area.

While every effort is made to ensure that the activities of each group are compatible, we do not accept responsibility for interference through misbehaviour of members of a resident group.

The dining room is shared by all groups with a specific area allocated to each group. There may be more than one group in the dining room at the same time.

Minimum group bookings for accommodation of 20 people are welcome provided another group is on site at the same time (smaller groups by negotiation). The minimum size of group for single bookings on site is 30. Minimum group bookings for accommodation for the whole site (Murrumbidgee and Cotter) is 120.

A Whole Site booking gives access to a total of 10 individual meeting rooms. The Cotter Centre with 66 beds plus the Murrumbidgee Centre with 88 beds, and the Christie Cabins with 20 beds now provides accommodation on the whole site for 174 people. (Day stays are welcome)

Accommodation is provided for groups and prices are based on shared accommodation utilising both top and bottom bunk beds. Minimum room occupancies of 60% are expected in both the Murrumbidgee and Cotter Centres . Lower room occupancy rates are welcome at an additional small charge.
